To provide you with the widest selection of premium medical apparel duty-free, our products are factory-ordered directly from our manufacturing partners across Canada and the U.S.A.

• Lead Time: Averages 6 to 10 business days. (Overnight shipping is unavailable).
• Canada-Wide Shipping: $12.99 flat-rate (+ tax).
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $125 (after discounts, before tax).
• U.S.A. Shipping: Currently suspended. Due to changes in the U.S. de minimis tariff exemption (effective August 2025), we are no longer shipping to the United States.

To ensure your apparel reaches you safely, please verify your shipping address at checkout and ensure someone is available to receive the package (or retrieve it from the courier location).

If a package is returned to our distribution center due to an incomplete address or failure to pick it up, a $12.99 (+ tax) reshipment fee will apply before the package can be sent back out. If your original order qualified for free shipping, this fee will still apply for the second attempt, or it will be deducted from your total if you choose to refund the order instead. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 30 days of your parcel being marked as delivered.

Health & Safety Exclusions:
For strict hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason:

• Items marked as *FINAL SALE
• Garments that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Disposable items, surgical caps, masks, and socks

Note: If restricted items are returned to us, they cannot be accepted. We will securely hold the items until a $12.99 (+ tax) shipping fee is paid to return them to you.

Need a different size or color? You have two options for getting your items back to us:

1. Use your own carrier: Return the items to our office at your own expense using a carrier of your choice. Once we receive them, we will pay the shipping cost to send your replacement items back to you.
2. Use our flat-rate label: For convenience, you may purchase a flat-rate return shipping label directly from us for $15.99 (+ tax).

We never charge handling or restocking fees on refunds. To return eligible items:

1. Pack it securely: Ensure the items are unwashed and unaltered. Please include a copy of your invoice (or a note with your invoice number) inside the box so we can process it efficiently.
2. Ship it: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a carrier with proof of delivery and tracking. Mail the package to:

3. Get Refunded: Once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
