Shipping & Exchange

To provide you with the widest possible selection of premium products, duty-free, our apparel is factory-ordered directly from our manufacturing partners across Canada and the U.S.A.

• Lead Time: Averages 6 to 10 business days. (Because items are factory-direct, overnight shipping is unavailable).
• Canada-Wide Shipping: A simple flat-rate of $12.99 (+ tax).
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over $125 (after discounts, before tax).
• U.S.A. Shipping: Currently suspended. Due to recent changes eliminating the U.S. de minimis tariff exemption for low-value parcels (effective August 29, 2025), we are no longer able to ship to the United States.

To ensure your apparel reaches you safely, please verify your shipping address at checkout and ensure someone is available to receive the package or retrieve it from the courier.

If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address or failure to pick it up, a $12.99 (+ tax) reshipment fee will apply before the package can be sent back out. If your original order qualified for free shipping, this fee will still apply for the second attempt, or it will be deducted from your total if you choose a refund instead. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 30 days of your parcel being marked as delivered by the carrier.

Health & Safety Exclusions:
For strict hygiene reasons and to protect our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason:

• Items marked as *FINAL SALE
• Garments that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Disposable items, surgical caps, masks, and socks

Note: If restricted or worn items are returned to us, they cannot be accepted. We will securely hold the items until a $12.99 (+ tax) shipping fee is paid to return them to you.

Need a different size or colour? You have two easy options for getting your items back to us:

1. Use your own carrier: Return the items to our office at your own expense using a carrier of your choice. Once we receive them, we will cover the shipping cost to send your replacement items back to you.
2. Use our flat-rate label: For convenience, you may purchase a flat-rate return shipping label directly from us for $15.99 (+ tax).

We believe returns should be transparent—we never charge handling or restocking fees on refunds.

1. Pack it securely: Please include a copy of your invoice (or a note with your invoice number) inside the box so we can process your return efficiently.
2. Ship it: You are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we highly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking, insurance, and proof of delivery. Mail the package to:
